Can a Team user archive or restore reports?

Yes. Team and Owner / Admin users can both archive a report and restore an archived report.

Archiving moves the report to Report Archive and keeps the report and its treatment history. Restoring returns it to the active Reports view without resetting any treatment’s lifecycle.

Good to know

Team users can’t permanently delete a report. Permanent Delete is limited to Owner / Admin users and is separate from Archive.

What is Archive?
Archive has two sections: Treatment Archive and Report Archive.
Does archiving delete treatment history?
No. Archiving isn’t deleting. Treatment Archive and Report Archive both keep history.
Can I undo or delete an import?
Before you confirm an import, nothing is saved. After an import, you can archive the report, and Owner / Admin accounts can permanently delete it.
What’s the difference between an Owner / Admin and a Team user?
Both roles do the same day-to-day recovery work. Owner / Admin users can also manage users and settings, and permanently delete reports.
