Does archiving delete treatment history?
No. Archiving isn’t deleting. Treatment Archive and Report Archive both keep history.
Archived treatment keeps its History, and an archived report keeps its treatment plans and their history.
Good to know
- Permanent Delete & Reset Report is separate from Archive and removes the report and its treatment records rather than simply hiding or archiving them. It’s limited to Owner / Admin accounts, asks for explicit confirmation and can’t be undone.
