Can I undo or delete an import?

Before you confirm an import, nothing is saved. After an import, you can archive the report, and Owner / Admin accounts can permanently delete it.

Before final confirmation, you can go back, choose a different file or leave the import. Nothing is saved until you confirm.

After an import, the usual choice is to archive the report from Reports. Archiving removes it from Active Reports but keeps its treatment plans and history, and an archived report can be restored.

Owner / Admin accounts can also permanently delete a report. Deleting is irreversible and can remove the report, its treatment plans and the history associated with that report. It isn’t meant for routine cleanup; for normal reports, use Archive instead.
