MARKWELL

How it works

From presented to completed, in one clear path.

Markwell turns a treatment-plan report into a working list your team can move through, one opportunity at a time.

  1. 01

    Import

Bring in newly presented treatment from the practice’s treatment-plan export.

  2. 02

    Review

See treatment that was presented but not booked, with its value, so the team knows which opportunities matter most. Each one gets a clear destination.

  3. 03

    Contact

Staff contact the patient and record what happened: the result, any barrier and the next step.

  4. 04

    Follow-Up

Set the next follow-up date. Future follow-ups stay quiet until they’re due, and each day the team works Overdue and Due Today.

  5. 05

    Booked

When the patient books, staff record it. The treatment leaves day-to-day follow-up and waits for completion.

  6. 06

    Completed

Once the treatment is done, staff record it as completed. The opportunity has been followed from presentation to outcome.

Recovery

Markwell shows the treatment that was tracked through the recovery workflow and later booked or completed. Treatment that isn’t moving forward has a place too: Long-Term Hold, or declined with no further follow-up.

Each day, the team sees the follow-ups that are overdue or due today. Future follow-ups stay out of the way until their date.

The Markwell rhythm

A workflow your team can actually repeat.

Two simple routines do the day-to-day work. Periodic reviews help the practice see the bigger picture.
  • Weekly

    Recovery Review

Import last week’s newly presented treatment and give every actionable opportunity a destination: booked, completed, a future follow-up, Long-Term Hold or declined.

  • Daily

    Follow-Ups

Work what’s overdue and due today. Future follow-ups stay quiet until their date.

Reviewing the bigger picture

  • Monthly

    Monthly Review

Review recent weekly reports and booked treatment still awaiting completion. It uses what’s already in Markwell, with no extra import.

  • Every 90 days

    Aging Opportunity Review

Revisit older opportunities and repeated barriers. The team decides what belongs on Long-Term Hold.

  • Yearly

    Practice Review

Look back over the year’s follow-up history: what was presented, booked and completed.
