What’s the difference between Import Review and Treatment Plans?

Import Review is for correcting or confirming the starting treatment status after an import. Treatment Plans is the ongoing working area for treatment recovery.

In Treatment Plans, staff see what requires action, log contacts, manage follow-ups, review History and move treatment through its lifecycle.

You don’t need to reopen Import Review during normal daily follow-up. Use it when a starting status needs correcting.

What are Markwell Reports?
Reports is where you work with your weekly treatment-plan imports and see how treatment recovery is progressing.
What is Import Review?
Import Review is where you can go back and correct the treatment statuses that were set when a file was imported.
What does “Needs a destination” mean?
It means the treatment plan doesn’t yet have a clear next step or outcome.
What does Markwell Opportunity mean?
Markwell Opportunity is the value of treatment that was Not Booked and not already Declined at the starting status recorded during import.
