What are Markwell Reports?
Reports is where you work with your weekly treatment-plan imports and see how treatment recovery is progressing.
What’s the difference between Import Review and Treatment Plans?
Import Review is for correcting or confirming the starting treatment status after an import. Treatment Plans is the ongoing working area for treatment recovery.
What does Markwell Opportunity mean?
Markwell Opportunity is the value of treatment that was Not Booked and not already Declined at the starting status recorded during import.
What does Markwell-Tracked Recovery mean?
Markwell-Tracked Recovery is the value of treatment that qualified as a Markwell Opportunity and later reached Booked or Completed while being tracked in Markwell.
Does Markwell claim it caused a patient to book treatment?
No. Markwell-Tracked Recovery records the outcome. It doesn’t establish why the patient booked.
Why can Markwell-Tracked Recovery differ from total treatment value?
They measure different things. Markwell-Tracked Recovery only includes eligible treatment that later reached Booked or Completed.
Is treatment that was already booked when imported counted as recovered?
No. Treatment that was already Booked when it was imported isn’t a Markwell Opportunity, so it can’t count as Markwell-Tracked Recovery.
Is treatment that was already completed when imported counted as recovered?
No. Treatment that was already Completed when it was imported isn’t a Markwell Opportunity, so it can’t count as Markwell-Tracked Recovery.
How should I run a monthly review in Markwell?
Once a month, use Reports and a Period Summary to look back over your recent weekly reports. No extra import is needed.
What should I review at 90 days?
Around 90 days, review older Not Booked treatment and decide whether active short-term follow-up still makes sense.
What should I review annually?
Once a year, use Reports and a Period Summary across the weekly reports you want included to look back over the year.
