What are Markwell Reports?

Reports is where you work with your weekly treatment-plan imports and see how treatment recovery is progressing.

Each weekly import becomes a report that staff keep working from. Opening a report gives you its Import Review and Treatment Plans.

The Reports page lists active and archived reports, with period filters and a Markwell performance summary. You can also select several reports and generate a Period Summary across them.

Good to know

Day-to-day follow-up happens in Follow-Ups, across all your reports.
Archived reports are kept and can still be included in a Period Summary.

What’s the difference between Import Review and Treatment Plans?
Import Review is for correcting or confirming the starting treatment status after an import. Treatment Plans is the ongoing working area for treatment recovery.
What does Markwell Opportunity mean?
Markwell Opportunity is the value of treatment that was Not Booked and not already Declined at the starting status recorded during import.
What does Markwell-Tracked Recovery mean?
Markwell-Tracked Recovery is the value of treatment that qualified as a Markwell Opportunity and later reached Booked or Completed while being tracked in Markwell.
How should I run a monthly review in Markwell?
Once a month, use Reports and a Period Summary to look back over your recent weekly reports. No extra import is needed.
