Does Markwell automatically move old treatment to Long-Term Hold?
No. Markwell may identify older Not Booked treatment for staff to consider, but it doesn’t place treatment on Long-Term Hold automatically.
A staff member chooses Long-Term Hold through Log Action. Age alone doesn’t change the treatment.

- Markwell doesn’t move treatment to Long-Term Hold because of its age, the number of contact attempts, its barrier, missed follow-ups or when it was imported.
