Long-Term Hold
What is Long-Term Hold?
Long-Term Hold is for treatment that has been deliberately paused — not actively pursued, but not closed.
It takes the treatment out of ordinary short-term follow-up while keeping it available for later review. Its history is kept, and staff can return it to the active workflow later.
Held treatment is brought together on its own Long-Term Hold page.
Good to know
- It’s a staff decision. Markwell doesn’t move treatment there automatically, and there’s no minimum age.
