What dates should my weekly treatment export cover?

For the regular Markwell workflow, export the treatment plans newly presented since your last weekly import.

The weekly import is the intake for new treatment. It isn’t meant to repeat the entire outstanding-treatment list each time.

Good to know

Markwell doesn’t enforce a particular date range. Use your practice’s normal weekly review period, and keep it consistent from week to week.

Should I import last week’s treatment plans or everything outstanding?
Import the treatment plans newly presented since your last weekly import, not the entire outstanding-treatment list.
What should my team do in Markwell each week?
At the start of each week, import the previous week’s newly presented treatment, then give every actionable opportunity a destination.
Where do I get the file that Markwell needs?
The file comes from your practice-management system.
Should I perform another PMS import at the end of the month?
No. A monthly review in Markwell doesn’t require another PMS import.
