Where do I get the file that Markwell needs?
The file comes from your practice-management system.
How it works
- In your practice-management system, export the treatment-plan information.
- Save or download the export as a CSV file.
- In Markwell, open Import and select that CSV file.
Good to know
- Markwell doesn’t pull the file from your practice-management system automatically. Someone on the team exports it and then imports it.
- The exact export steps depend on your practice-management system.
