Should I import last week’s treatment plans or everything outstanding?

Import the treatment plans newly presented since your last weekly import, not the entire outstanding-treatment list.

The weekly import creates the new intake for Markwell. Treatment that’s still unresolved from earlier weeks continues through Follow-Ups, so you don’t need to re-import old reports just to keep following it.
