What should my team do in Markwell each week?

At the start of each week, import the previous week’s newly presented treatment, then give every actionable opportunity a destination.

How it works

Export the previous week’s newly presented or planned treatment from your practice-management system as a CSV file.
Import the file into Markwell.
Open Treatment Plans and work through Action Required.
Give each actionable opportunity a destination: Booked, Completed, a future follow-up, Long-Term Hold, Declined or No Further Follow-Up.

The weekly review is complete once every actionable opportunity has a destination.
