What happens to scheduled follow-ups when I move treatment to Long-Term Hold?

Any active follow-up for the treatment closes when it moves to Long-Term Hold.

The treatment leaves Overdue and Due Today and no longer appears on future follow-up dates. The hold doesn’t create a replacement short-term follow-up; the treatment is available from the Long-Term Hold page instead.

Good to know

Earlier follow-ups aren’t deleted. They stay in the treatment’s History.

How do I move treatment to Long-Term Hold?
Use Log Action, choose Long-Term Hold and select a Hold Reason.
Where can I see treatment on Long-Term Hold?
On the Long-Term Hold page, which brings held treatment together across your reports.
How do I return treatment from Long-Term Hold?
Use Return to Active on the Long-Term Hold page.
What happens to the follow-up when treatment moves to Long-Term Hold?
The active follow-up closes and the treatment leaves the ordinary Follow-Ups queue.
