Where can I see treatment on Long-Term Hold?

On the Long-Term Hold page, which brings held treatment together across your reports.

Each entry shows useful context, such as the patient, treatment, value, date presented, days open, barrier, Hold Reason and the date it was placed on hold.

From there you can use Return to Active, Close / Archive or History.

Held treatment stays on the Long-Term Hold page even if its original report has been archived.

How do I move treatment to Long-Term Hold?
Use Log Action, choose Long-Term Hold and select a Hold Reason.
How do I return treatment from Long-Term Hold?
Use Return to Active on the Long-Term Hold page.
What’s the difference between Long-Term Hold and No Further Follow-Up?
Long-Term Hold pauses outreach without closing the treatment. No Further Follow-Up closes the recovery workflow.
Where can I see everything that has happened with this treatment?
Open History for the treatment plan to see the activity recorded for it.
