How do I import treatment plans into Markwell?

Export a treatment-plan CSV from your practice-management system, import it into Markwell, then work the new report’s Treatment Plans, starting with Action Required.

How it works

Get the treatment-plan CSV export from your practice-management system.
Open Import in Markwell.
Select the CSV file, then complete the import and review steps.
Markwell takes you to the new report in Reports.
Work through its Treatment Plans, starting with Action Required.

Good to know

Markwell reads the file you import. It doesn’t change anything in your practice-management system.

What happens to previous Markwell history when I import a new file?
History remembers. Each import starts a new report.
What is Import Review?
Import Review is where you can go back and correct the treatment statuses that were set when a file was imported.
