What happens if the same treatment is imported again?

When Markwell recognizes the same treatment in a later import, it creates a new record in that report and can carry forward the treatment’s current state.

The earlier imported record remains. The treatment’s current status, barrier, and Long-Term Hold or No Further Follow-Up can carry forward to the new record.

Detailed earlier history stays with the earlier record. An older active follow-up can remain in Follow-Ups, and the new record doesn’t automatically get a duplicate follow-up.

Does Markwell keep previous treatment information when I import again?
When Markwell recognizes the same treatment in a later import, it can carry forward its current treatment state.
Does previous contact history appear on a newly imported treatment?
Not as a combined history. Current state can carry forward. Detailed earlier activity stays with the earlier imported record.
What happens to previous Markwell history when I import a new file?
History remembers. Each import starts a new report.
Should I import last week’s treatment plans or everything outstanding?
Import the treatment plans newly presented since your last weekly import, not the entire outstanding-treatment list.
