Does Markwell keep previous treatment information when I import again?

When Markwell recognizes the same treatment in a later import, it can carry forward its current treatment state.

That can include its treatment status, its barrier, and a workflow destination such as Long-Term Hold or No Further Follow-Up.

The later import creates another imported treatment record in its own report. The earlier record isn’t replaced.
