What does Not Booked mean?

Not Booked means the treatment hasn’t been booked yet.

With no next step, a Not Booked treatment plan sits in Action Required. With a future follow-up, it moves to Waiting / Future Action until the follow-up is due. When the follow-up is due or overdue, it’s back in Action Required.

Not Booked is a treatment status, not a destination. Give the plan a future follow-up or another outcome.

What does “Needs a destination” mean?
It means the treatment plan doesn’t yet have a clear next step or outcome.
What happens when I schedule a future follow-up?
Scheduling a future follow-up gives the treatment plan a destination without changing its treatment status.
What is the difference between a treatment status and a follow-up?
A treatment status tells you where the treatment currently stands. A follow-up tells the team when that treatment needs attention again.
What does Booked mean?
Booked means the patient has made an appointment for the treatment.
