What destinations can I give a treatment plan?
A treatment plan has a destination when it has a future follow-up, or is Booked, Completed, Declined, on Long-Term Hold or marked No Further Follow-Up.
Giving every treatment plan one of these is how the weekly review is completed.
Good to know
- Not Booked, In Progress and Preauth Pending are treatment statuses. On their own, they aren’t destinations.
- An In Progress plan with no active follow-up stays in Action Required. With a future follow-up, it moves to Waiting / Future Action.
- An active follow-up still counts as a destination after it becomes overdue, but it also needs action now.
