What should I do after importing my weekly treatment file?

Open the new report’s Treatment Plans and give every treatment plan a clear next step or outcome, starting with Action Required.

How it works

After the import, Markwell takes you to the new report in Reports.
Open Treatment Plans for that report.
Work through Action Required first.
Give each treatment plan a destination: a future follow-up, Booked, Completed, Declined, Long-Term Hold or No Further Follow-Up.
When every treatment plan has a destination, Weekly Review Complete appears.

When you contact a patient, use Log Action to record what happened, so the history is kept.
