How do I know whether my import worked?

A successful import takes you to the newly imported treatment in Reports.

You can see the imported treatment there straight away.

Good to know

Markwell doesn’t currently show a separate success screen. Being taken to the new treatment in Reports is the confirmation.
If the import fails, you stay on Import and see an error message.

What happens after I select my CSV file?
Markwell reads the file and prepares the treatment plans for review before anything is saved.
Why wasn’t a treatment plan imported?
A treatment plan isn’t imported when Markwell can’t process its row in the CSV.
What should I do if my CSV has the wrong columns or format?
If Markwell can’t recognize your file’s structure, you may be able to match the columns yourself with Column Mapping, or go back and select a corrected CSV.
Why does Markwell say this file may already have been imported?
Markwell has noticed that the file looks like one that has already been imported.
