Follow-Ups
Nothing happens automatically. The next day, the follow-up becomes Overdue and stays active.
Markwell doesn’t contact the patient, reschedule the follow-up or close it. It stays Overdue until staff log an action, change its date, or the treatment moves to an outcome that ends ordinary follow-up.
Overdue means a follow-up’s scheduled date has passed and the follow-up is still active.
Use Log Action to record what happened, then choose the next step.
Use Log Action if you’re recording a contact, or Change date if you only need to move the follow-up.
