How do I reschedule a follow-up?

Use Log Action if you’re recording a contact, or Change date if you only need to move the follow-up.

Log Action: with the Treatment Outcome left as Not Booked, choose 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks or Choose date, then save. The new follow-up replaces the old one. These presets count from the Date entered in Log Action.

Change date: on the follow-up’s row in Follow-Ups, select Change date and choose 1 Week, 2 Weeks, 4 Weeks or Pick date. Use this when there’s no contact to record. These presets count from today.

Good to know

Because the starting points differ, the same preset can give different dates if the action’s Date isn’t today.

How do I schedule a follow-up while logging an action?

They set the follow-up 7, 14 or 28 calendar days after the Date entered in Log Action.
