How do I clear an overdue follow-up?

Use Log Action to record what happened, then choose the next step.

How it works

Select Log Action for the treatment.
Record the contact and the Treatment Outcome.
If follow-up should continue, schedule the next follow-up. If no new follow-up is needed, choose No Follow-Up.
Select Record Action.

Saving the action closes the overdue follow-up.
If you only need to move the date without logging a contact, use Change date instead.
No Follow-Up isn’t the same as No Further Follow-Up. The treatment may still need a destination.
