Weekly Review & Treatment Plans
Declined means the patient has decided not to go ahead with the treatment.
Declined is recorded as an outcome of contacting the patient, not as a treatment status. It counts as a destination. Treatment plans where the patient has declined appear in the Closed section of Treatment Plans and in Treatment Archive.
A treatment plan has a destination when it has a future follow-up, or is Booked, Completed, Declined, on Long-Term Hold or marked No Further Follow-Up.
No Further Follow-Up means the practice has decided not to keep pursuing the treatment, so no further contact is planned.
Log Action records a contact with a patient about a treatment plan, and what should happen next.
Import Review is where you can go back and correct the treatment statuses that were set when a file was imported.
