No. Markwell doesn’t require a logged contact before a treatment plan can be given a destination.
If staff already know the treatment has been Booked, Completed or Declined, they can update that directly. When you do contact a patient, use Log Action to record the attempt and its outcome, because it builds a useful history.
Log Action records a contact with a patient about a treatment plan, and what should happen next.
A treatment plan has a destination when it has a future follow-up, or is Booked, Completed, Declined, on Long-Term Hold or marked No Further Follow-Up.
No. Markwell doesn’t automatically call, email, text or otherwise contact patients.
Import Review is where you can go back and correct the treatment statuses that were set when a file was imported.
