Getting Started
What is the Markwell treatment recovery workflow?
Markwell organizes treatment recovery around a clear path: Import, Review, Contact, Follow-Up, Booked and Completed.
Newly presented treatment is imported, then reviewed so each opportunity gets a destination. Staff contact patients and record what happened, set the next follow-up, and track the treatment through to booked and completed.
Recovery is the outcome Markwell tracks: treatment that was tracked through Markwell and later booked or completed. It isn’t another step for staff to perform.
Good to know
- Treatment that isn’t moving forward has a place too, such as Long-Term Hold or declined.
- Treatment values and overdue work help the team see what matters most, but prioritizing isn’t a separate stage.
