Follow-Ups
Why did a patient disappear from Follow-Ups?
A treatment usually leaves Follow-Ups because its follow-up was closed or moved, or the treatment reached an outcome that ends ordinary follow-up.
Common reasons: a Log Action closed the follow-up; a new follow-up was scheduled for a later date; Change date moved it; or the treatment was marked Booked, Completed or Declined, or moved to Long-Term Hold or No Further Follow-Up.
Good to know
- If a later follow-up exists, use the calendar to find its date.
- Archiving an old report doesn’t remove its active follow-ups from Follow-Ups.
