What happens to the follow-up when treatment is Booked?
The active follow-up closes, and the treatment moves from the daily contact queue to Booked — Awaiting Completion.
Booked — Awaiting Completion appears below the calendar and covers all your reports. It’s collapsed by default; select View booked treatment to open it. From there you can use Log Action or History.
When the treatment has been done, staff record it as Completed through Log Action.
Good to know
- Markwell doesn’t detect bookings or completions from your practice-management system. Staff record them.
