Why don’t I see all my future follow-ups?

Future follow-ups stay quiet until they’re due, so the page focuses on what needs attention now.

They aren’t hidden or lost. You can see them through the Scheduled ahead count at the top, the counts on the calendar, and by selecting a future date.

There isn’t a separate list of all upcoming follow-ups.

How do I see follow-ups scheduled for another date?
Select a date on the calendar to see the follow-ups due on that day.
What do the numbers on the calendar mean?
The main number is the day of the month. A small amber number below it shows how many active follow-ups are due that day.
What happens when I schedule a future follow-up?
Scheduling a future follow-up gives the treatment plan a destination without changing its treatment status.
Why can’t I see a follow-up I scheduled?
It’s usually scheduled for a later date, or a later step closed or replaced it.
