Contacting Patients & Log Action
What patient information should I avoid putting in Markwell notes?
As a practice guideline, keep clinical information in your practice-management system and use Markwell notes only for treatment-recovery activity.
Avoid putting detailed clinical notes or charting, unnecessary sensitive personal information, or unrelated patient information into a Markwell note. Record only what’s needed to support the treatment-recovery workflow and the next action.
Good to know
- This is practice guidance. Markwell doesn’t check or block what’s typed into a note, so it’s up to the team to follow it.
