Booked & Completed Treatment
How do I mark treatment Completed?
Use Log Action on the booked treatment and choose Completed as the Treatment Outcome.
How it works
- On the Follow-Ups page, open Booked — Awaiting Completion and find the treatment.
- Select Log Action.
- Choose Completed as the Treatment Outcome.
- Add a brief note if it’s useful.
- Select Record Action.
Good to know
- The treatment becomes Completed and leaves Booked — Awaiting Completion.
- Status can also be corrected from the treatment-plan review tools when needed.
